Jawatan

EXECUTIVE, Legal and Secretarial Department, Compliance Division

Responsibilities

* Managing and/ or facilitating the execution of all the transaction, corporate, commercial and conveyancing documentations inclusive to the subsidiaries companies.
* Issuances Letter of Offer for financing and investment.
* Negotiation, issuance of instructions to solicitors-in-charge, reviewing and finalizing various agreements.
* Managing litigation and industrial relations-if any.
* To provide legal advise in issues relating to the company’s activities and providing direction and assistance.
* Provide leadership and oversee the legal and secretarial functions, which include organizing BOD meetings, preparing and vetting of agreements, litigation matters, conduct legal due diligence etc.

Requirements

* A recognized Degree in Law (LLB) or ICSA qualification or its equivalent and preferably a member of MAICSA.
* Well-versed with Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia requirements, SC guidelines, corporate banking, conveyance, corporate recovery and litigation matters .
* Good communication, interpersonal and management skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Computer literate.

EXECUTIVE – Investment and Loan Supervision Department, Finance Division

Responsibilities

* To monitor non performing assets (i.e. both investments and loans) (“NPA”).
* To review and identify appropriate strategies for recovery of NPA.
* To identify and analyse risk exposures of the NPA before recommending and implementing the strategies and action plans.
* To review, analyse the periodic financial statements of the NPA, assess the internal and external factors affecting the business and recommend solutions to improve its performance and maximise recovery.
* To prepare periodic reports, proposals, updates, presentations etc. to management.
* To perform cross departmental/divisional tasks and work with the relevant committees, executives, managers and/or consultants to achieve the objectives set out by the company.
* To assist the Division/Department head with any other tasks.
* To conduct site visit.

Requirements

* Basic degree in accountancy/economics/commerce or related discipline. Professional qualification is an added advantage.
* Minimum 3 years working experience in a reputable financial institution or public accounting firm with exposure in corporate recovery or corporate finance.
* Familiar with legal process on corporate litigation and loan recovery.
* Working experience in receiverships, liquidations, foreclosures, restructuring, special administrations.

EXECUTIVE – Equity Investment

Responsibilities

* To perform a thorough evaluation of all proposals for the committee’s decision.
* To conduct due diligence and site visits to the companies seeking for financial assistance.
* Must be objective oriented and work towards achieving the KPIs set by the company.
* Must have sound knowledge in processing business loans and those with franchise knowledge will be an advantage.
* Provide advisory services to the customers with regards to their business proposal.
* To analyse the management and periodical reports received from investee companies.
* To prepare progress report on the performance of the investee companies under PNS schemes.
* To make periodical visits and meet the management of the investee companies and franchisees/franchisors under PNS schemes.
* To make necessary reports on findings concerning the financial performance of the business and the management.

Requirements

* A recognized degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies or equivalent professional qualification preferably with 2 years working experience in commercial and / or merchant banks.
* Possess analytical capability and able to work under tight deadline.
* Good communication/interpersonal/management skills.
* Familiar with statutory requirements relating to corporate matters
* Willing to travel

AUDIT ASSISTANT, Internal Audit Department

Responsibilities

* To assist the team leader in preparing draft audit report.
* Implement audit fieldwork as per scheduled based on approved audit program.
* To ensure all documentations file are in order.
* Assist the Audit Manager and Team Leader in administrative work.
* Other matters as and when instructed by the Superior.

Requirements

* A recognized degree or diploma in accounting qualification preferably with
* internal auditing experience
* Fluent in both bahasa Malaysia and English.
* Good in report writing.
* Able to work as a team and adhere to the deadline given.
* Computer literate.
