Programmer

Reponsibilities

* To assist in converting the well-defined procedures routine into applications and programs for computer solution (Coding)
* To assist in testing and implementing application system
* To assist in maintaining and enhancing existing system
* To assist in supporting and solving problems for end-users
* To assist in training on use of application systems and data processing operations
* To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

* Diploma in Computer Science and/or any relevant field with minimum 1-year full time experience in the field of programming
* Knowledge in Java or VB.net programming language will be advantage
* Simple analytical skill
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Able to analyze, diagnose and resolve simple programming problems
* Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Good communication and interpersonal skills


Jawatan

IT Helpdesk

Reponsibilities

* To diagnose & troubleshoot via telephone Computer System problem within standard time frames or referring the problem to vendor/other technical person
* To escalate issues to Immediate Supervisor in order to solve the issue to the user’s with complete satisfactions
* To maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk System
* To assist in PC, Notebook, Printers & peripheral inventory management
* To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

* Advance Diploma/Diploma in Computer Science or IT related discipline with minimum 1-year working experience in providing direct hardware support to end-users
* Able to work under pressure to meet schedule deadlines
* Initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision
* Shows initiative in prioritizing work to get things done
* Communicate clearly and concisely orally with other departments
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
